We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know. That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates. [b]UPDATE:[/b] We are actively investigating this issue, but the fix may require us to target impacted accounts directly. Please supply your information in the thread linked here - http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/70653476 [b]If you have already posted in this thread,[/b] you should already be tracked in our list of accounts to verify. [from the thread linked in this post] [b]UPDATE [9/27]: [/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors. We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

  • I haven't been able to login into my lvl 27 warlock since Thursday afternoon. I keep getting nonstop centipede errors but I can still login with my lvl 5 hunter gamertag is Pistol Pete III xbox one. Please fix this it sucks grinding all week to get coins and can't even access my character then finding out xur is selling an exotic auto rifle.

    Hello, we can no longer go with our character online. I got an error message. "Connection to server interrupted Destiny. Go on help.bungie.net/de and search for centipede." We can, however, create a new character and go with this freely online and continue playing. However, not with the character with which we have played so far. How can be Dissolves? problem by itself, or do we have then the second character sometime the same problem? Again and again to start over is frustrating and not funny. Daniisi 7242108 The Problem start after Update 25.September. Nobody answered!

    Still having issues. Bounty that cannot be turned in and missing exotic bounty (don't care much about the last) But am considering binning the game over the first issue. It's piss annoying to have a waypoint wherever you go in the tower and being unable to turn in or cancel the bounty in question,nor accept another it it's place. Problem is on the Ps4 version. Though i strongly doubt bungie will bother fixing this in my lifetime.

  • Haven't been able to play for days now. IF I can log in, it's merely a few minutes before being kicked out again. Mostly cattle and centipede, with a mix if zoo animals in between. Frankster810 on XB1 (Germany). Thanks Bungie.

  • Alright, I've posted Multiple times to no avail and yet i keep expecting results. My account has been bugged since the hotfix for the loot cave. I'm getting fed up with waiting. Not only have a missed my raid times with my friends which was last night and tonight. But now im actually genuinely worried about missing Xur for the week after having an Exotic bounty which requires him all week. If there is no resolution of my account before Xur is leaving for the weekend I do expect an extension of his presence to make up for the ball being dropped on Fixing of the accounts that were bugged during your patching process... Again, My account is Evilgummybear66 on XBox One. If you want a detailed account of what was happening during the time that this "bug" or corrupted account came into place I would gladly offer one.

You really should have a better system for this, like tickets or some sort. Keeping up whether you've addressed the issue or fixed my account is like looking for a needle in a hay stack.
