We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know. That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates. [b]UPDATE:[/b] We are actively investigating this issue, but the fix may require us to target impacted accounts directly. Please supply your information in the thread linked here - http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/70653476 [b]If you have already posted in this thread,[/b] you should already be tracked in our list of accounts to verify. [from the thread linked in this post] [b]UPDATE [9/27]: [/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors. We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

  • UPDATE: this error is not fixed. There is more people posting that there account isn't working now than before you fixed a number of accounts. PSN dolphin_man12 36+ hrs and still receiving the centipede error

  • I have problems as well!since friday morning i cant play with my lvl 27 warlock anymore and get the centipede error directly after login.My second charecter is still working though.all my strange coins ascendent material and good weapons are on that warlock,please do somerhing about that issue!!!!

  • So here's my thing, not only was my account rolled back but also now the game won't even allow me to get to my character selection screen all I can do is press x to play and beyond that I don't hit my character selection but instead I get the centipede error.

  • Also as well when I look at my profile on bungie my character can't load either so I'm wondering was I just basically removed from the game or what? Psn: I_RESCUE_YO_MA

  • I had the same issue it worked Friday morning at 7 around 10 to 11 I got off to got to the storeand shut down everything when I got back I got in to the game and I had lost 4 exotics 3 I bought from xur and 1 from a engram and 7 strange coins went missing to I turned everything off again when I started everything back up and I keep getting centipede error please help I won't be back home till Sunday afternoon. Can you send me exotics I been working hard on trying to get them it feels like I got robbed.

  • My issues started with missing a progress from 9/25 8PM EST to 9/26 2PM EST. Posted to this thread. At midnight I started receiving caterpillar error and the account issues.

  • When you go to legend on bungies website does your character load? Can you play on a different account? If it does not load and you can use another account then you're in the right place if not then you have another issue going on that is not related to this topic.

  • Yes, you are describing my situation to the T. I can't look up my character on the iPhone app, and I can still play my lesser Titan and warlock account without an issue. It's just my main hunter with all my stuff that gives me the centipede error. Do you work for bungie? Please help me. I'm desperate.

  • It was a rollback issue as stated above. Very similar to the above issue. Have never had a problem with the game until after Thursday near 5-530 cst

  • PS4 PSN ID: tehkeemo - nearly 48 hours of centipede errors - only on this specific PSN ID, other PSN ID works without any problem. My characters are not visible after authenticating with bungie.net. Many of us has agreed on raids during weekend, visiting XUR etc. Nobody has reached me yet eventhough I belive I'm in the group of players who's accounts became bugged first. Any update, timeframe, literally anything when this problem will be fixed? Thanks!

  • Gadgetman61. since friday not been able to access game, centipede. NOT a network issue, i can log on using a different account. I lost 3 gold coins and have waiting all week to buy the exotic assault rifle from Xur, not happy at the lack of support, have been trying all weekend to fix this by following your guides. This is an ACCOUNT or CHARACTER issue. Please fix this asap, this is YOUR error, not mine. I have spent HOURS progressing my character and now cannot access my game. Just before the crash happened I traded in 3 strange coins to give me my total of 23, it took one off and reduced me to 18!!!!. PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT

  • On September,25 2014 at approximately 6:00-7:30 I got the supremacy drop. I was amazed and was super excited to try it out cause it's a legendary sniper for an event. I go back to the tower and it's still there. I log off and the next day at around 8:45-9:10 I get back on and it's gone.......... Bungie why do you have so many centipedes in your databases? Thanks in advance.[/quote] I am not in a place where i can log in to the game but on the iphone app for destiny i cannot load my friends list or character info so i am under the impression that it is still broken. Error code: centipede Been locked out since around 4:30pm (central time) on 9-25-14 At the beginning i thought maybe it was my connection but after successfully opening the correct ports and actually getting my nat type from 3 to 1 i have come to the conclusion that it was not my connection. Account is still bugged. Please help!

  • I'm having constant centipede errors. I try to starts up a mission and I get in to the mission for about 15 seconds then u get kicked with the error code baboon and then the error Code centipede My psn is devanganggus

  • Like many I cannot get in past the press "X" to play screen on the PS4. Of even more concern I cannot access my profile through the app or the Bungie site for going on three days now. Not one of the three characters on the account, not one of the grimoires, absolutely nothing. Starting to get concerned that my whole profile has been lost by Bungie. Every attempt to connect through my console is met with the CENTIPEDE error code. It would be nice to have some sort of acknowledgement on the issue officially instead of seeing NEW LOOT PATCH or some other nonsense through the official twitter, facebook, help page, etc... Fixing the game play systems is great and all but only if your player base can log in. Maybe I'm crazy but I would think fixing the game breaking problems would be a higher priority than balancing.
