We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know. That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates. [b]UPDATE:[/b] We are actively investigating this issue, but the fix may require us to target impacted accounts directly. Please supply your information in the thread linked here - http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/70653476 [b]If you have already posted in this thread,[/b] you should already be tracked in our list of accounts to verify. [from the thread linked in this post] [b]UPDATE [9/27]: [/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors. We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

    Having Issue: Unable to load Destiny Account / Perma centipede when getting to "Press X to play". Accountname: wRektvinge. Havent been able to play since thursday evening CEST. Please fixerino! was so looking forward to buying my first exotics.

  • My account is still not working. AI was playing during the last patch, I know i collected items, I was even working to decode some engrams at the time of the patch. Since then Only cetipede error, everything else is fine.

  • I have been getting error codes since the patch that came out on the 22nd. I never had one problem before all that. I really enjoy the game but can't play for more than 5 mins before I get some error. I have an open nat and have tried everything that bungie suggest and the community suggest. I hard lined my internet in and something happened. Like I said before the patch never a single problem and after the patch all the problems. I spent an entire day doing everything to try and fix it to find out that it's not on my end. I have great internet service with cox communications and have upgraded service just for games like this. I spent all that money on the ghost edition cause I believe in this game and have since I heard about it over a year ago. I get more than just bee I get a lot of different error codes. I have no bandwidth problems but I still get bee and other animal codes. I just want to play and have fun again so PLEASE bungie get it fixed so I can enjoy again. Thanks.

  • Not sure if my issues relate, but I cannot connect with ANY players during a strike. It just does countdown and throws me in my myself...Also after 8 hours, my ship still does not show during orbit or animation of flying. This is really putting a stop to my endgame farming and only leaves. me with bounties and the crucible.

  • Ive only seen 1 person who said there account got fixed. 1 person in 3 days is not a good sign BUNGIE. I want compensation for your actions! you broke my game and try and tell me its my network. you obviously don't even know what is going on yet. This in unacceptable. You say you are trying to make the destiny experience better for everyone. What about the people who can't experience anything but this shitty customer service. A forum is no way to address peoples problems.

  • I agree with the last bit 100%! We need a way to submit tickets to Customer Service like a proper MMO. I know this isn't a traditional MMO, but with connection issues and characters stored on an external server not our HD's we need to be able to submit a help request in a much better way than posting on a public forum where our information get buried under countless posts.

    M account has been rolled back aswell and is still bugged. All of the progress I made upgrading my Suros and all the sprit bloom I farmed to get enough materials to hit level 28 are gone. At least 8 hours of gameplay I lost. What hurt me the most is losing my legendary sniper I just got. I you could please fix my account I would be greatly appreciative. My gamertag is Colt Beshears. Xbox One EDIT: Now I am just getting the centipede error after playing for a hour this morning.
