We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know. That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates. [b]UPDATE:[/b] We are actively investigating this issue, but the fix may require us to target impacted accounts directly. Please supply your information in the thread linked here - http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/70653476 [b]If you have already posted in this thread,[/b] you should already be tracked in our list of accounts to verify. [from the thread linked in this post] [b]UPDATE [9/27]: [/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors. We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

  • Also, my exotic weapon bounty is no longer showing as completed, so I lost the fusion rifle Pocket Infinity. Basically my account was reverted to 2 days ago. None of my progress was saved. Regards, John XB1 gamertag gutendirk

    (XB1) Gutendirk is my gamer tag. Yesterday I bought an exotic engram which turned into a helmet and the Suros Regime. I also received a legendary dustwalker armor. Today, all of that is gone. I was having some centipede errors the other day as well. Please look into my account and revert whatever changes caused me to lose my progress from yesterday. Also, my exotic weapon bounty is no longer showing as completed, so I lost the fusion rifle Pocket Infinity. Basically my account was reverted to 2 days ago. None of my progress was saved.   • I've been getting centipede errors for the past day and a half, I've tried everything, even had my friend sign in and try it from halfway across the country and it gave him the same error, so its not my internet. I've tried unlinking my account from my Bungie account but it wouldn't let me so I couldn't properly test that hypothesis. I just wanted to relax over the weekend with Destiny and this is what happens, just my luck. A little feedback would be great.

    Still broken. I still can't login with my main 28 Warlock, but my other two just fine. Looks like I won't be hitting up Xur this weekend and won't be hitting 29 for the Vault on Hard mode.. Thanks, Bungie. Centipede. PSN: Noct1s-

  • I still cant play. I play for 5 Minutes then get kicked out by centipade. After this, i have to restart the console to regain connection but get kicked out after 5 minutes of destiny again.

  • This is bs I've been patiently waiting for bungie too resolve this centipede caused hot fix error. Just roll my account back to wed the day before already. Everything looks like you have a corrupt profile of my account which is why destiny will not load my characters. I just want my account back I'll put my time in from there. Treating the many of us like a fraction of the community who plays is total garbage. Things like this shouldn't go past 24 hours even if it is the weekend. When do you think we play?

  • Yeah, posted yesterday about going from almost level 27 being dropped to just after level 26. Did not remove light armor. Played last night and this morning. Level bar has moved down again from close to level 27 to just over 3/4 full. Destiny companion app displays level 26 with 1/4 bar full. Not receiving completion awards for strikes, and bar not moving up. Help bungie...!

    Since yesterday I haven't been able to use my Gaurdian collectors edition bonuses for my characters because they say require Gaurdian edition purchase.... which I pre ordered and have been playing on since the day the game released with all my bonuses up till yesterday.

  • I've been unable to access my [u]main character[/u] on Destiny since Thursday, 9/25. I get a CENTIPEDE error every time I try to log in with it. An alternate character I had works just fine, as does creating a new character. I'm playing on a PS4, PSN name = taxiwardancer
