We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know.
That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates.

[/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors.
We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

Gamertag: jmothh Console: PS3 This isn't fun anymore.... Two days of playing both erased and now I'm just sitting here looking at my girlfriend play. This isn't right Bungie. I worked hard to achieve what I had and now it was for nothing. That's six queens missions two motes of light two strange coins and a legendary fusion rifle. My first legendary from a purple engram in a full day and three quarters of playing. Also the two levels I progressed from upgrading my equipment.. So many helium filaments... Thank you. I am extremely happy with my experience, but this is not what I had in mind. Why?....

Centipede error. Constant. Unable to finish a match or too laggy. Unable to join other fire team. Much sadness.

Its been over 72 hours since I've been able to log on. Its been 18 hours since Bungie has given us an update. Shows how much they care about their fans. If this goes on any longer its gonna make me question buying anything Bungie makes ever again.

PSN is same as this account Darth Malicius have been locked out since Thursday afternoon when I equipped a purple queens helm. Also on this site and destiny app my characters are unable to be viewed. Any help or time frame appreciated

Master sent me a message saying he sent in my gamer tag 4 hrs ago for further investigation. They started investigating this issue 3 days ago, and just 4 hours ago they started more investigations on my profile. you just keep giving me the same answer "we are investigating". 18 hrs ago you said you fixed a number of accounts, but i haven't seen more than 2 people that had success. we need an update on the progress of the situation. something other than investigations are being made. you just keep telling us that you have no clue what is going on, not very reassuring.

I thought you guys said you were fixing it seems like the same people are still not able to get in....I see no progress why not just stop lying to us here saying investigating and just give us a honest time frame instead of leaving is in limbo

I had just completed a queens mission gotten a purple helmet. Once I equipped the helm I was disconnected from server Thursday and now on Saturday still can not connect. This is not a rant, but work hours are hurting my destiny time and addiction. Please any info on my account being fixed would be greatly appreciated. I can not get past the press X part and get centipede error and on destiny.net my characters do not show.

It has been alittle bit more than 2 days since i last played now, i cant get pass the title screen without getting the centipede error, all i was doing before this started to happen was doing queens wrath missions, Please fix it
