Dude i have said it to you before, and i will say it again. No matter what is going on in your life, or how bad it seems, its just temporary. There is no shame in getting help, going to therapy or taking meds. I go to intensive therapy for my ptsd, twice a week, and i take the prescribed meds. I have been in therapy for a year now, i have made some great friends who have gone through the same shit as me. Sometimes talking to people in the same boat as you, helps. I was embarrased as hell to admit i was seeking help, but i have learned that alot of ex military guys, just like me, are getting help too To be honest excercise is an amazing medication as well, if im feeling really low, i will force myself to go run around the 11 mile loop at the park. It doesnt cure anything, but it will make u feel a little better. Just trying to help man, by sharing my experience.
