How hard have we found it to acquire Legendary and Exotic Gear?
Let's know how you've been finding it gaining all of the gear you've worked so hard to gain! If you have a free minute, why don't you tell us how you got it as well! Give the lower level players some tips when they reach level 20 and above!

most of my exotics i have gatherd are from xur or exotic bouinties excpet hawkmoon i got from a legendary engram

Edited by Daveee x 17: 9/25/2014 4:56:26 PMI hadn't had an exotic or leg weapon till somewhere around lvl 25 I now own 2 exotic primary 1 leg primary 4 leg secondary 1 leg heavy. I also have 1 more exotic I am working on and one a abandoned recently since I had 3 slotted in my inventory which made normal bounties annoying. I am level 28. If you focus on levelling the cryptark you ll have chances at leg also for each level pass lvl 3 for that faction example vanguard new monarchy you will receive a leg item from their shop for free. I don't see the point of farming for legs. They drop randomly and you just have to be patient. Focus on doing raids and levelling up factions

3 RepliesI feel like I must be living in Bizarro world, I have been making pretty good progress since lvl 20. I don't always get a gear drop but at least I always get rep and/or marks to buy legendary gear. I just find this complaint odd as I don't play all day every day yet my lvl 25 Warlock is almost completely decked out in legendary gear. The only things that aren't legendary are his gloves, primary weapon, and secondary weapon (that one's exotic). So I'm just not seeing the complaint here. I especially find this complaint odd because if the game let you lvl up any faster, people would be complaining it's too short.

Engrams thankfully have not been too rare for me. Find one every few hours but I have only decrypted 5 of the 30-40 engrams I found. I have 2 of the same rocket launchers and 2 of the same heavy machine guns and Titan boots. And I have an exotic Titan chest from xurs exotic engram

Edited by spizzmas: 9/25/2014 12:13:35 PMQueens wrath gave me a helmet and body, vanguard rep for the arms and legs, and I was second to last in the crucible when I got hard light. My gear has been pretty easy hehe, now just for more vanguard rep for some other guns

1 ReplyFarm the loot cave, just ran VoG last night got hawkmoon. Also im on my second exotic bounty. Turn in all bounties,Do the raid, and on your free time screw the haters and farm the loot cave. The cave is simply to great to pass up, legendaries every few hours, and legendaires from leveling crpytarc.
