With 60+ members it does get inundated with message requests etc for raids strike teams and missions. Not sure if you have talks in getting groups together with a "group/squad leader" to designate certain people and chats as well. Seems to me I see too often in the message board with non stop request for help with little to no response. With a group leader maybe that will help build the clan and help improve player development. I have helped a few already but seems to me no one knows who to go to and just asks randomly. Just my thoughts.
