I have red death and i got it back from the first time xur sold it.

I bought my first one the 2nd time it was sold u think it was the first month destiny came out. Except, I've gotten a red death from a primary engram, vog exotic chest, and death singer drop.

Was my very first exotic and I got it doing crota raid. Don't see to many ppl with it and the party i was with was jealous and told me it was pretty rare..
