Can my friend use my playstation vita to play as a second player in destiny?
Is it possible for multiple characters on my account to be accessed at the same time, like in the scenario of having a friend over and us wanting to play together? If he played the vita and I the ps4, how would that be accessible?

I would assume no, game not really built around something like that, at best maybe your vita using friend can use his/her own psn account and use there own character.
