In a turn of horrible blind judgement and decision making, yes.
I'd been harboring affections for this girl for years and then when I start seriously liking this other girl I thought I had a good chance with I had to shoot her down.
[spoiler]This happened two years ago. The other girl moved the next month without saying anything, and the girl I shot down moved to NYC three months ago.
