So I made it to level 20 without any issues. Better than a lot of people here, I know. But now I can't get 5 minutes in the game without an error code popping up (either PS or Bungie) and has become severely frustrating. After reinstalling, reinitialising and all other recommended fixes I have arrived here. This is the only time I will post a dedicated topic in the forums with regard to my issue. After this I will escalate the matter further and believe anyone else experiencing similar should do the same - forums, direct email, phone follow-up. Failing that I will be reassessing my options as per EU Law, re: The Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) This problem needs to be addressed and solved imminently.
