OK so I still have no idea how to chat in game. I'm assuming chat is only for members of the fire team. I've tried inviting people but no one ever accepts. But I do see a yellow outline pulsing around another players level square thing. And I am assuming that is them chatting. I don't understand how this works maybe an early mission where you have to learn oh to get a chat going.
