I think you may need to watch more carefully, unless I'm missing something, I'm pretty sure it's impossible the stock not to rotate on schedule. Though I've never seen anything different at the Guardian Outfitters, but I'm almost positive that's because she's lazy and refuses to rotate inventory. She's not going to get my glimmer anything soon, that's for sure.
