So yea, this is my second week in college and it was doing great for awhile, i met cool friends and the classes aren't that boring.
Well like always for every good thing a bigger bad thing happens, last week my buddies and i went to take our next class and well we met new people (which are awesome) and from that specific group well i met a girl. She is very social, amazing personality, very beautiful and sweet.
So like the proverbial idiot i am we started talking for a while, and well i got the feels for her, since i wanted to start fresh i wanted to try again with dating and i have to say i got my hopes up because she started texting me for a while and we always had a laugh.
Second week we sit close to each other and we talk a lot, but from her words came the word that I've wish she never have said: She has a Boyfriend.
Well thank she didn't knew i had feelings for her because everything would've gone to hell but i was really upset that day (hiding behind a smile obviously).
So flood i ask what should i do in a situation like this? I know i have to move on and shit but damn it was a really low blow this time.
EDIT: Thanks guys, plenty of great advice has been given today. If i had millions of cookies I'll share with you guys first. I have to sleep i have college tomorrow. Thanks again. I'll update the thread with what happened.

it sounds like you are a freshman? let me tell you from experience that rarely do those relationships last, especially over 4 years...lol...so just be a good friend and only wish them the best. if they end up breaking up you can be a good friend, and if not she can probably introduce you to some of her friends. and so on and so forth. and if you ever meet this guy you wanna be his best friend...lol, because nothing will nix your time with her more than him hatin' on you.
