Is this correct? That the higher the engram the more chance for useless loot? That is more like punishment than reward! So the cryptarch is not at fault but again it is something in the game design.
By the way the guy that was responsible for this design will be in the crucible tonight. I am sure revenge will be had on both sides.

I'm saying that if you get a legendary engram you could also get a rare,exotic,uncommon, or even standard,it's just more tiers are available therefore, the lower chance of a legendary but there is still a higher chance of getting that designated tier of gear.
