Finished the Vault of Glass and got no loot. Was told to contact Bungie to receive an item

Hi, Me and my fireteam just completed the Vault of Glass and none of us received anything other than Shards and Energy. We were told to message Bungie and we would be given an exotic item. Here are our tags RedZeroWolf TheRedBard BeeBum Dark XVII Kill G0re

This happened to my group as well. Did bungie say they would do anything for the victims?
