Blink Strike, Fast Twitch, Strength
How exactly do these three work together? I know Fast Twitch reduces the cooldown of Blink Strike to 5 seconds, but does that completely negate the effect of strength then or does it further reduce that 5 second cooldown? I wonder because it looks like all the Vanguard and Crucible purchasable legendaries come with either Intellect and Strength or Discipline and Strength. Which makes me wonder if Fast Twitch is even worth it at all with the Strength you will inevitably get from the legendary armor pieces.

1 ReplyWhat many bladedancers are doing is getting the fast twitch perk, which grants the 5 second cooldown for Blink Strike, and then buying Future War Cult armor for Intellect and Discipline, resulting in fast cooldowns for all abilities.
