Google Docs does have a comments box, though you'd probably have to be on there constantly to see them.
Another option (depending on how much you wanna work) would be to connect a google sheet up to there, so it would give you people's results for you to input.
Or, the super simple option, start a thread :P

I Made it so people could add comments on the sheet. If there actually is any sort of interest i could make it a topic so people can find it easier. It's probably more suited to a wiki but I've never submitted to one before.
