So Bungie is under attack? A really childish topic but mature way to encompass issues in the gaming community. There seems to be a tendency, trend, pattern, or obligation in the community to senselessly attack anything trendy. I am talking of course about what social media have coined haters. I picture haters as millions of angry carnivorous ants. They just crawl on you and... well... eat you. They don't know what they are doing or the effects this will have on the gaming community, it's just in their figurative nature. Mind you, the chances of this happening to Destiny are quite slim owing to a significantly larger fan base. Many critics also fail to visualise the romanticism and greater dreams of Destiny's future. I personally play Destiny not only for its great mechanics and graphics but also for romanticism. I truly wish to feel part of this world, lose myself in it and have my life in the real world effectively ruined. I guess my degree in Medicine will have to wait while I battle the Fallen and Vex to save humanity. What do you feel about the overall vibe the gaming community is expressing? How do you fit in?
