Server problems. Worse then ever now -.-
You've made everyone at universities have such great connection that everyone else's is sucking. I'm reading posts of hours of un-interruptered playing while I'm on venis literally doing one patrol mission at at time because I'm losing connection so much. This is the worst its been since I've started playing its been like this for like 2 hours now. And all day has just been horrible this is getting ridiculous. Obv they are working on it because they have fixed the university problem. But what about us ? The players that arnt at a university. The million of us that are having issues they arnt worried about ? =\ I just wanna play without getting kicked 30 times in an hour.

62 RepliesI'll make sure we investigate to see if any updates we have made are causing problems. What error codes are you specifically seeing since the update that you weren't seeing before?

I had a couple days of outstanding connectivity with little/no disconnects (maybe one every couple of hours), but now it's again off-the-charts. Haven't been able to complete a single strike because I keep getting kicked, at a rate of one about every 10-15 minutes or so.

3 RepliesWhen I went to the tower tonight I couldn't see any other players, I couldn't connect to any friends games, or play any PvP matches. It just kept searching for players and evaluating players. I restarted and nothing changed. NOT GOOD.

I called a game stop around wet I live they actually explained it the update messed thing up there gettin the expantion pack ready but it has caused issues from what game stop has told me it has caused crashes, not being able to lvl past 20 and so on so hopefully it will be fixed soon game stop told me bungie is workin on the issue hopefully it will be resolved soon very soon but was told by them it may take weeks to fix :-(

I took Friday off so I could play all day... Thurs night -> through until 4AM Friday morning NO issues at all... Friday morning around 10AM- crashing continuously.. Bee, Fly, Caterpillar mostly. A few other animals thrown in.. All day long Friday, crash crash crash until around 11PM... Smooth sailing, I get like 5 Light levels in one night, time to go to bed.. 4AM... Wake up this morning, crash crash crash, same error codes, same time frame.. 520PM had constant crashes all day.. I've been able to complete like 3 crucible matches and one or two patrols.. I've been trying to play since 8AM and no success.. Getting very tired of this.. FYI - Cat5 from router to Xbone. All ports forwarded, even tried putting the XBone in a DMZ, reboot router, unplugged switches, all sorts of LAN network troubleshooting... No effect no matter what I did. My router does not support "Bandwidth Throttling", so I can't lower it to test that theory.. (Why should I really have to do all this work to get the game going though?) It seems that during the time of day when people are conscious, there are issues.. I live in a condo, each suite has its' own network. It's a Gigabit fibre connection, constant steady 28 Mb down 3 Mb up. No packet loss, etc.. C'mon Bungie, get your asses in gear.

I get Baboon the most. Can't complete any strikes, etc. Really annoying.

Same issue. Worse after the patch. Before the patch I could consistently connect and had no issues. Since the patch Centipede every other minute. It's now pointless to even try playing.

*update* today it's starting to be a little better i actually get a few games of any type in before getting kicked, bigger issue that arose now is the combination error of "any error" followed by centipede which kicks me of xbox live completely. Happened in crucible and and strikes alike.

Ever since the last update or patch that they put out I've been getting disconected, where I had no issues before, perhaps it's an anti patch patch?

If your on xbox then live has been undergoing maintenance for at least last 8 hours maybe even longer that I'm aware. Their status says will affect destiny.

1 ReplyI hear you man, for whatever reason Destiny is the only game that doesn't think I'm connected to XBOX Live and won't let me in past the title screen. Forza Horizon 2 Demo works Diablo III works Titanfall works Madden 2015 works Destiny doesn't work at all. Worked this morning. Doesn't work now... I was getting 'newt' errors like crazy earlier. Now it doesn't even recognize that I'm on XBOX Live...

Have been playing since launch day, today is the first time i have seen so many errors, every 1-5 (sometimes less) , leopard, bee, fly beaver. Got like 15 errors in 5 mins, cant even go to the tower.

Ever since the update the game has been unplayable for me. I don't know how you can do a beta then have the servers be actually worse when the game comes out.

I'm getting lots and lots of Beaver errors. I had intermittent problems last week with an assortment of error codes (mostly Beaver). After the patch this week it was working fine for a couple of days, and now I'm having non stop Beaver errors again.

I had no real issues other than maybe one or two disconnects since launch. Now today I can't do anything at all without losing connection. Various error codes bee, centipede, fly, etc.

I am not on a college campus and I forwarded all my ports. Please fix! I love the game just wish I could fully experience it!

4 RepliesSame here worked fine two hrs ago. Launched the game on my PS4 and tried to join crucible match and i went one match then got the beaver error code trying to join another match. Tried going to tower it lets me go to it maybe once in 5 tries and im there for 3 min and it boots me with the beaver code. Have been playing with NAT type 3 since beta and no problems till today.

Yeah started to happen to me now. It worked fine yesterday and the beginning of today. It just started to disconnect after a few minutes what is going on?

2 RepliesGot kicked at least 4 times last night, even from solo story, and I'm on FioS and Ethernet. Problems only started last night on PS4, I guess after some patch?? Never got an insect error code, just kicked to Orbit with server error.

Seriously this game has gotten worse since the damn update. I keep getting kicked out into Orbit most of the time without warning or an error message. This is ridiculous. I want to be able to play the GD game and enjoy it and actually be able to do things without worrying if Im going to suddenly be thrown into orbit for no reason

Hawk, baboon, caterpillar, centipede, groudhog. Please fix this its getting to unbearable. I've held out as long as I can. I keep trying to play but can't.
