Hi guys, I come to you with a very unique issue. When I log in to Destiny the game puts me in a universe ALL BY MYSELF!!! Not a single player anywhere! I've found a temporary workaround but it requires me to have a friend online at the same time as me. I can join a friends fireteam and THEN and ONLY THEN do I see other players. This makes it impossible to do Crucible and is very limiting. If I had to guess what the issue is it may be my extraordinary ping. I get around 800 ms ping due to satellite internet. I'm using a ps3 and i've already tried uninstalling game data and re-installing the game and patches, this DID NOT solve my problem. After a little more research I am noticing a very select few players are also having this problem and it is seems ping related. I hope you can fix this in the next patch Bungie, I don't want to play alone forever. EDIT: Just an update, Patch 1.03 has NOT fixed this. EDIT: Another Update, in-game patch "1.02" has not fixed the problem. Been playing alone for an entire month. thanks Bungie for not focusing on this issue or even acknowledging it. EDIT: PS3 Patch 1.04 AKA 10/7/2014 hot fix has still NOT fixed this issue.
