My usual group of friends consists of 4 people, and we always have to leave 1 person behind due to the restriction. We don't always want to play The Crucible, and some of us aren't high enough levels yet for the Raids, so we'd really appreciate it if the fireteam size for explore modes was increased to 4.

All the other Bungie games always had 4 person co-op/Queues, so why randomly put it randomly down to 3?

Same problem here mate. Our group have been playing xbox together for 5 years now. 4 people that get along well and have a laugh. All of us were looking forward to Destiny. Now one of my mates hasn't even bought the game. Since we all can't play together why bother. Funny thing is, if you play vanguard strike tiger. There are 4 pikes for you to ride. It feels like an intentional troll on bungies part. I know its not but first time I saw it I laughed out loud. I honestly can't think of another AAA title that has done this to players. Essentially cutting them off from their friends. Bungie made a bad decision not allowing 4 player co-op. It has been the standard for years. All the Halo games had 4 player co-op it boggles the mind why Bungie went with 3. The reason given is there are only 3 classes, which I say is absolute nonsense. 2 friends I'm playing with atm 2 of us are Titans and 1 is a Warlock. I've seen entire fireteams of Hunters. There is room for 4 players I've looked at every strike every mission there is no need, absolutely none for Destiny to be 3 player co-op. The only reason has to be hardware limitations, of next gen consoles or the limitations of the old gen consoles forced them to make it 3 player everyone has the same game. If thats the case, if they intentionally handicapped their game to sell more copies across all 4 console platforms; what a money hungry bunch they are. I honestly can't believe more people aren't being vocal about this. There isn't much media coverage of this issue. A few short articles, with no comment from Bungie. Halo their biggest game, one of the biggest games ever was 4 player co-op. Unfortunately, Bungie has sold its soul for $500 million dollars. Everyone has a price for their integrity, hell I'd do the same for a slice of that pie. The arrogance is showing also. When asked about 6 player raids not having matchmaking. I believe the response given was 'make more friends'. Bungie obviously doesn't understand gamers to well. tl;dr Plea all you want for larger fireteams. Bungie/Activision have your money. They won't be changing anything. They have no need to change anything. It would take a huge community wide effort such as emptying their servers for a day or every posting on the forums for a week in every section had '4 player co-op' in the title. However gamers don't band together to fight the good fight, we're all loners to an extent so taking on a giant such as Bungie/Activision to simply get a response or a change will never happen.
