Cross-gen play support (PSN OR XBLIVE)
[b]This is poll for Bungie to support in network (PSN/Xbox live) cross gen co-op and competitive play support[/b]
Last gen is Ps3/Xbox360
Current gen is Ps4/Xbox1
Most people are on one network or the other and most probably have their friends already on those networks so I'm just asking Bungie to remove the arbitrary restriction on cross-gen play

1 ReplyThe amount of my friends still on last gen playing is pretty high and I would kill to be able to play with them. As I doubt they will be able to afford a PS4 anytime soon.

6 RepliesFirst things first: They need to sort out the [b]zoo of errors[/b] for both PvE and PvP. PvP is the most annoying for me, as all but 2 or 3 games have seen the [b]bee[/b] come along and boot me back to orbit. That being said, I can't see xplay being introduced as Sony paid Activision a load of dosh to give the illusion that [b]the only place to play [i]Destiny[/i] is on [i]Playstation[/i][/b]. Would I like to see xplay - yes, I think it could be good for [b]all[/b] multiplat games. They could even include a special playlist called "console wars" were each month the total wins/loses for each platform is published on XBL/PSN.

3 RepliesI'm really against cross platform servers. But you see ps4 and ps3 will have exclusive content for one year also its best not to mix them.

2 RepliesCan't happen because they are written in different languages. It's not the same OS with different hardware on the different gens.
