So I'm just doing my usual moon patrol trying to get some bounties and Vanguard reputation, working on patrol missions and melee kills and all of a sudden I lost connection to the world, get loaded back to the main menu and it tells me "Not So Fast! This account has been banned" Blah blah blah bungie.net/ban
So thanks guys, will not be buying another Craptivision game. Kinda like when I got banned from Ghosts for randomly joining a modded lobby that I left instantly. But whatever. You and Demonware can go wank each other off. I'll stick to Battlefield bud.
Great job on the game Bungie. Just picked a bad partner when you chose Activision.
WELL THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS. HOPEFULLY I CAN FIND A WAY TO GET TO BUNGIE AND DISPUTE THIS. I GUESS IF NOT I'LL BE DONE WITH DESTINY. FEELS LIKE A LOT OF WASTED HARD WORK, TIME AND MONEY THOUGH. ANYWAYS CYA
I'M GOING TO BED NOW SO ENJOY FLAMING ME <3

Another reason I passed on this garbage game
-
Same happened to me on a level 29 account after getting an exotic hand cannon from a chest
-
Banned from ghosts and now this i'm skeptical how truthful you are.
-
Lol someone treatened to report me cuz I stoped playing for like 5mins in a strike to answer the phone and called me a booster. . . I just wanna know what exactly am I boosting at lv 25?
-
I'll give you the benefit of doubt. I did run into some cheaters today though in the Crucible.

Q: How to I avoid actions being taken against my account? I just want to have fun exploring the world of Destiny. Here are some useful tips to avoid account restrictions and bans, which can also contribute to a higher level of fun, as well as some sweet, sweet loot: Treat your fellow Guardians with Respect Send in-game player reports, even positive ones! We want to know when a player is particularly helpful or skilled, and making a positive impact on the world of Destiny! Do not modify your console hardware or otherwise attempt in any way to ruin the experience of others Improving your network setup to better your connection to Destiny is great and encouraged, but modifying your setup with malicious intent to impact others' Destiny experience is not accepted Play Destiny with your friends, and have fun! It’s pretty simple, really: nobody, especially not Bungie, wants players to miss out on Destiny. Please don’t ruin the experience for anyone, including yourself, and remember we’re always keeping an eye out for those who would spoil the world of Destiny. you probably rage quit alot or talked trash to people and they got fed up with you...

So... don't cheat in the future? :/ Complaining here won't do anything. The standards required to get banned from Bungie's systems are very high. You would have needed to do the cheating act repeatedly for it to have caught you. There are no appeals for automatic bans. In the future, just play fairly. No, don't bother saying you were so innocent. It won't change anything- no appeals process, remember? Just be a fair player in the future and you won't have problems.
-
ok i'm lost here. This guy got banned. He says it wasn't justified and so his disappointed. The board's response is to insult and flame him?! People these days. You're like cattle.
-
If they would just show me proof or evidence I'm cheating then I'd be satisfied. I haven't exploited purposely but I'd like to see what evidence if they even have any...
-
Just gonna leave this here for you to dwell on.
-
Thanks bungie! One less cheater!

Edited by HBA Consequence: 9/16/2014 1:54:54 AMJudging from the link you posted, you can't be as innocent as you're making yourself out to be. The constantly say they wouldn't ban for nothing. Whether you were being an asshole to people or exploiting the game, it seems likely that you're at fault for something. Maybe you just don't know it.
-
Did you go into the vault of glass through the glitch by any chance?
-
Well...you could do things the old fashioned way... Handwritten letter asking for an inquiry.
-
Banned from multiple games for no good reason? Sure, and everybody that enters a "not guilty" plea in court is telling the truth too.
-
You probably quit games a lot. You wouldn't get banned for no reason man. You may think what you were doing was small.
-
The bastards don't even have costumer support -_-
-
Well this is the smart way to try to get your account back. Idiot
-
Probably some bit thirst asshole that you PWND in crucible, I hope it gets resolved man
-
You could just drop an extra $25 and get a 3 month pass to a new Xbox/PSN account...
-
Ya man they always just banhammer people for no reason. And the fact that you have been banned from another game says a lot. History repeats itself and all that. What system are you on?
-
I could honestly care less why you were banned because of your name, Nice ban Bungie!
-
Yo if it was a last gen console running into a server thats hosted by some d-bag is kinda common. and the banhammer from what ive "heard" is automated. now there could have been some flags set on anyone that connected to that server. so anyone "innocent" or not could have been caught in the crossfire.
-
I'll make a bet on something here. By the looks of it you did a ton of Crucible. Problem is the Crucible has a TON of sore losers who can't take a loss well at all... How much does anyone want to bet he caught a ton of Negative reports due to sore losers? Or am I wrong? I'm throwing a theory.
-
The way you come about your quarrel leads me to believe that you deserved to be banned. There are more polite ways to express being wrongfully targeted.
-
Seeing as there isn't a ton of posts here about how people got banned for doing nothing, in guessing you did do something. If there was something wrong people would notice and fix it... Maybe one of the people in your firearm was doing something that also highlights you because your in the fireteam?
