Scorch does not kill with one melle the damage is caped the same way snipers can't kill with a single body shot. The regular titan melle does take two melles. The shoulder charge requires you to sprint some distance to OHK. The Hunter can also OHK if he attacks from the back with correct perk. But that is circumstantial and only with the correct perks, the regular melles don't OHK.
