You are worse, sorry but every class has their advantages, you just need to use them right

I play a Titan and feel like I am constantly being 2 shot by other classes. The only time I seem to get a kill is when I get the jump on somebody.

Try putting all your stats on speed and armour, do all of the stats for speed and armour.
