As a lvl 21 Titan, I can tell you that we are in major disadvantage compared to warlocks but we are on par with hunters.

Use shoulder charge and just 1 shot melee everyone its so op basically like using commando pro in mw2

Titans are the best support with Defender fully upgraded. Overshields FTW.

I do pretty well for myself as a Titan Defender. You just need to figure out what role you fit in on your team, and work at it. Same goes for if you play Striker. I like playing more of a support role and throwing down the shield, but when push comes to shove, I will get kills.

I'm a Titan and at times I feel like I'm really bad but to be honest I've never been great at pvp multiplayer shooters, if I get a dozen kills and do ok at the objective I'm usually satisfied!

Dude I'm a titan I use the defender class and it's in no way underpowered I can block most supers and if people are dumb enough to enter my palace of love they get titan punched in the face just got to find a set up to suit your play style is all dude

Its really up and down for me. Sometimes i dont understand why i die so fast and other times its like "woah he went down like nothing." Competitive is just a mess right now honestly.

Get Better. That's the short answer. My friend plays as the Titan. He smashes. Goes +10 +9 regularly. I would say with Hunter, Warlock, Titan and all of their sub classes. The Titan may not suit your play style. I currently play as a Hunter. I will be trying the Titan next.

I'm a Titan and I do pretty well in the crucible. You just need to get used to it. You're not used to the gameplay yet. That was my problem when I first started playing

You just gotta learn how to use the Titan, but it could also be that the titan's play style just isn't your style so try out the others. I'm usually at the top of the scoreboards in matches with a pretty ok KD for the most part. Now with the titan, I'm not one of those -blam!- that just run around with shotguns or fusion rifles all the damn time, or hide around corners with them. I'm usually running around with a hand cannon believe it or not, it's called a little voice & it's just an amazing weapon, usually 2 to 3 shot people at most. My secondary is usually a fusion rifle for when I'm facing multiple people at one time & if everyone is being a camping or marathon shotgun fag, & my heavy weapon is the machine gun. I'm not saying to always look for heavy ammo, but whenever the opportunity strikes just take the bastard & don't let anyone else have it lol, machine guns are great for decimating everyone, It's usually what gets me on top of the scoreboards usually. So I'd recommend them if your a titan since you're not all that fast anyways (unless you use the speed & armor/ recovery codexes I guess). But I usually dull out speed & go for armor & recovery. Now as for the Ward of Dawn, it can be taken out by nova bomb, the strikers super & the hunters blade dance. It does NOT get taken out by rocket launchers, I know that for a fact because I've put it up SPECIFICALLY to avoid getting wrecked by them, 9/10 times they waste their ammo or end up killing themselves because they were too close to the explosion lol, if they survive though they usually come in the bubble thinking they can kill me, then guess what? I get a void shield on top of the damage resist the ward already gives me & I can use my weapons fast as shit. Also if people are just keeping away from the bubble like the smart people they are, just toss a grenade towards em & a few shots & they're deader than dead. Or you can have a shotgun/ fusion rifle I guess & let people come in, but I personally enjoy pummeling everyone who enters lol. It's great for 1v however many people decide to step in the ward, for example I placed a ward in the middle of a huge ass battle during a rumble & I literally killed everyone twice before the ward went down, so many beat downs you wouldn't believe it lol. I know this was a LONG ass post, but I hope some of you decide to try out the defender subclass since I don't see too many lol. But I hope to see more defenders out there!

I play as a titan and I come in first on my team a good amount of the time...I didn't say I wan a lot.

I think titans have to be the most OP. They have I-frames on there super ground smash. It's cheap.
