can you go in the tower
I was just wondering I don't know if it's been answered already or not but do you actually get to go in that tower on top of the stairs that is all blocked off at any point in the game at all i'm just curious

If you mean the part behind the bounty guy, then yes that bit opens up during some events (iron banner being one)
