Unused door in North Tower
Hey, Guys. I was just wondering if you've noticed this door in the Tower. So far, I haven't found anything about it besides the in-game model, concept art, and a screenshot or two. Was wondering if you guys have any ideas or speculation as to what might be behind it? I was hoping that it's either player housing or a more in depth marketplace for high level players So, they can just buy class items rather than farm them. Hell, it might not even be used, and is just there for scenery. Anyways, Let me know your thoughts!

2 Repliesi think this "gate" will be open when the house of wolves DLC is released cause as someone else said they have guards protecting the shit out of tat place... so maybe the Queen is behind it and you have to visit her as you do Eris Morn in the center of the tower. But contradicting this idea is the fact that it looks like there is an entire city behind there (as you can see if you go to the entrance of the speaker area). Another idea is it s the rest of the factions who weren't allowed a seat in the council of the tower so they act as vendors instead of reps (or they could act as reps). And as someone said they hopefully have plans for the next 5-10 years including the next destiny game entirely (which we have Jupiter, mercury, and Saturn to expect from). We can keep guessing as to whats behind there and be off by 1,000,000 miles or we can focus on what we have and whats to come (house of wolves). I hope this helps with your question if not just ignore it.

You need to remember they have plans for the next 10 years for this game or so they hope. In my opinion though the game didn't repease with enough base content. Story mode or more this game is still too young to be this boring and repetitive if they plan on supporting and expanding it for that much longer. My point thought with that much DLC on mind howamy more raids will that be?? How many more vendors for each raid like Eris for Crota raid? I. The first few weeks the game was released there was a queens wrath event her emissary was placed alllll the way at the back of the "event courtyard" while iron banner keeps being placed on the right side. That in mind I'm sure in the next expansion or some time in between we'll see another event all though I'm not sure why we haven't seen queens wrath again. Keep in mind we still don't know who Xur works for if the title in his name wasn't important it wouldn't be. Included. My appologies for any grammatical deficiencies as I'm typing this on my phone and am tired and cannot sleep and have large thumbs :p
