After playing destiny and completing it I found that the game had solid game play, The guns feel great the whole idea of a heavy weapons and your super ability is great for online. I think that's where Destiny really shines, The online is well balanced and fun to play over and over (apart from the cap on your Crucible credits) and it gets even better when you play it with friends where it really becomes a team game such as Skirmish or Salvage . All that said the online can only take the game so far, Its the story I fell that lets it down. The whole idea of the Grimoire is great I love being able to delve a bit deeper into the lour and the houses of the fallen and so on, but the problem is they made now way for you to see this in game. This made me feel detached from the game as there was very little you could actually find out over the course of the story bar the Vex "who are an evil so evil they hate all over evil" and even that tells you nothing. If they could put it in game then I think people would be a lot more connected and feel like the story has something to offer then go here, kill him, hack this and repeat. It made it feel like I just wanted to get through the level instead of taking my time, I know some of you will go "thats why you think the story wasn't any good". Wrong I think it is very good just the execution of it in game was terrible Now we move onto the DLC if you want the story that should of been in Destiny you will be buying (or if you have the code getting a few for free like I will) the DLC, Now this I have no problem with when they add small side storys like Mass Effects Leviathan DLC but when it going to be the other half of the story that should of been in the game anyway, That's I do have a problem with. But atleast they didn't pull any Day one DLC crap. So over all Destiny has a solid online that I can see being fun for a long time with a few extra objective game modes chucked in there. And the story was a bit of a flop that could of been a lot better had they not made you need the app or a computer to have most of the story to the game. So because of that i will say its a 7/10 at best Anyone else agree?
