So I got some trouble. I just opened a group and activated both clans for XB and PS, and since Im a PS user, I joined the PS clan. My friend joined the group and since he is on XB, he requested to join XB clan (joining available only by approval). When I approved him, I got an error about something about receiving the message or something. We tried that twice with no success, so I had to make him an admin to make him able to join the clan. Is there something wrong or are there any solutions to these, or even the slightest idea why this is happening?
