The thing to remember is, and I'm quoting Bungie here, "Level 20 is just the beginning". Too many are equating the soft level cap to completing the game when they couldn't be more wrong. I hit level 20 yesterday and all of a sudden the game opens up. I actually had to start taking notes on the different gear from the different factions/vendors and the best way to earn the proper currency for each to cobble together my dream set. And once I get that set, it's on to the next set, or the next character, or just Raiding, Raiding, Raiding.
