Xbox One Audio/Video Issues and Bugs

Four major issues I've noticed in my first day that have ruined and halted gameplay. 1. Music, dialogue, sound effects, or any combination of the three have been consistently cutting out. I tried a reinstall and it worked for like 10 seconds of game time, then audio started cutting out again. Like, it doesn't just cut out audio completely from a dashboard resume as others have been mentioning online, it cuts out intermittently while in menu or in game. Sometimes I'll only have audio when I shoot, other times it'll be shooting and footsteps but no enemy sounds or music, and sometimes I'll have nothing at all. I will walk through one area with sound and then turn a corner and lose sound completely. Sometimes the subtitles will come up and I won't hear the dialogue at all, other times subtitles still appear and I hear dialogue but the dialogue is delayed a good 10 seconds. A few times, the audio has cut out completely just to "catch up" 10 seconds later, mixing the new and old audio together. This occurs in menus, during gameplay, and during certain cutscenes(Ghost's discovery of your body). 2. The beginning cutscene (discovering the Traveler) had a problem with "buffering." It would play for a few seconds, pause for a minute, play another few seconds, pause, repeat, etc. I don't know what could have caused this unless the cutscenes are being streamed as video from the servers? I can't get past the first mission, so I don't know the state of other cutscenes, besides the in-game one where the Ghost discovers you which worked fine. 3.The first mission has started "freezing" at places where I assume it's trying to load, such as heading through the large sewer with the broken fence. As soon as I went through the broken fence and turned the corner, my video froze. I could still hear music and sound but screen didn't change. Eventually, sound cut out completely. After my reinstall, I was able to get slightly farther in the level, but it froze again once I crossed the first large outdoor area and headed into the hallways on the other side. 4. I cannot access the menu consistently. Almost every time I try to access it, it shows my inventory as loading and the game options menu shows no text, only boxes for text. These boxes can't be selected. I am currently on a college network (not affected by Centipede), wired with a Strict NAT, but I have excellent download/upload speed around 50+/50+ consistently. Nothing downloading in the background. There haven't been any error codes at all except the typical warning about having a Strict NAT. I have GameStop preorder DLC installed, and a Day One Xbox One with the latest Dashboard update, no controller update. I hope this can be solved soon. I put a lot of hype into this game, preordered for the Bungie name, and I'm extremely disappointed so far with this. I had no issues during the Beta on X1, and the only thing that has changed was my network, from home to school.
