Log into your router via the web adress on the back should be like http:/10.0.0.9 somthing looking like that it's router specific the password is defaulted to password and the log in is usualy admin. Set your firewall security to low and give that a shot. It worked for me after two days of trying to find out what the problem was and Bungie didn't help at all
