Forever Alone
No sign of any other players. Everything else is fine. Crucible times out with a "mongoose" error message. I have the PS4 version.

Gametag, suckerpunch509 Xbox1 Error code mongoose Haven't been able to find any info on this error code. Cant get into crucible cant see other players unless on their fire team. I am hard wired to router, have open nat, and have port forwarded. Any help is appreciated. I still think this is a great game despite issues.

2 Repliesive been messaging people all day regarding error codes try this no matter your console. first clear cache, second reset system, third reconnect your network hopefully this helps if all else fails reset router

i was having same issue, i was using wifi than went wired no help. than i reset my router and that did it for me hope it helps guys

Had the same issue here on the X1, I moved the console onto a fixed IP and put it in the DMZ, seems to have fixed the issue. If you don't want to put it in the DMZ you can setup port forwarding (see Bungies centipede post for port numbers) don't forget to do Xbox live or PSN ports as well. Depending on your router you may need a static IP for this also...

I was having this same issue for a few hours straight on the Xbone. I power cycled my console and this fixed the issue. Good Luck! It should be noted that I have an Open NAT. Not sure if this will work for those that don't have Open NAT.
