Pretty sure It's not that, as they do give you the silly Sign of the Finite if you didn't bother to activate the code for it. Honestly, Idk what they were thinking with the letter.,, PS: We hit 26 codes two days ago

I got the same message, plus it said I should receive the Beta emblem (Ha, too bad they do that based off of the GT + Console used in the beta and not Bungie.net tag, since I'm now on PS4 although still linked with my Main B,net account, all I ended up getting was a disappointing feeling after receiving this message.. ;-; )

Same here. Same email, same result. No "Sign of the Finite" for me. I think I'll just use the code to get it. Doesn't seem worth it to make a big fuss out of it.
