What we want for customization (more hairstyle, beards, etc) (1000+ needed!)
So I love how my guardian looks and all, but later I want to change his hair style for an example. But I can't do that because there is no possible way to change your guardians looks after creating them. It would be cool to add in an option to later change our guardian appearance for a glimmer fee. What you guys think?
Edit: Thanks for your guys comments and and glad that I am not the only one that want this feature in this game. Let's get more comments so Bungie can see this!
Edit: You can change your hair, markings, etc but not your race and gender for sure! That will defeat the purpose. I got this from all of feedback from you guys and thanks for all of the support and comments!
Edit: If this would be in the game, there would be a barber shop place you can go to in the tower. Also we also want to rotate our guardian while creating them so we can actually see what they look like. Once again this is based on your guys comments and support!
Edit: More ideas bases on your guys feedback. It would be cool if we have more customization for Destiny. Not enough customization, so it would be nice in new hairstyles, marking, and of course facial hair (beards).
Edit: Halfway there! I also see though that the this trend is dying so please keep this trend going so Bungie will hear you guys voice!

Looked great when creating my character however, Bungie doesn't allow you to rotate your character when creating him/her. (not that I could find anyway). My hairdo looked great from the front but I only see my hair at The Tower and that is from the back while running around. So I really need the ability to at least change my hair so it doesn't look so stupid from behind.

They could make use of that lower level room down in the hanger for the apperance changing person because to my knowledge that room has no purpose so far

1 ReplyYES! PLEASE! Especially since they don't let you look at the back or sides of your character while making it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who made my character, played through the first mission and then said "EW!" and had to make a new character, wasting all that time.

I agree u must realize most folks were eager to begin playing the game especially if we were too busy to try alpha and beta and wanted to just start gameplay

Fully agree on this. It would be nice if Exos could change their "skin" and "eye" color along with face markings and such.

What's the point you barely ever seen your toon anyway. They need to fix that first with a no helmet option.

Agreed, we need a barber shop/stylist or something similar. Adequate previewing of hairstyles/shaders with the ability to rotate and zoom would be nice, too!

Seems like a no brainer. And why not have some unlockable face paints and hairstyles? I sort of just assumed that this would be a thing.

1 ReplyI agree as well. Actually I think more appearance options would be nice. They seemed to have added that in last second. Something like Skyrim where you can change it but it will cost you would be great.
