So I love how my guardian looks and all, but later I want to change his hair style for an example. But I can't do that because there is no possible way to change your guardians looks after creating them. It would be cool to add in an option to later change our guardian appearance for a glimmer fee. What you guys think?
Edit: Thanks for your guys comments and and glad that I am not the only one that want this feature in this game. Let's get more comments so Bungie can see this!
Edit: You can change your hair, markings, etc but not your race and gender for sure! That will defeat the purpose. I got this from all of feedback from you guys and thanks for all of the support and comments!
Edit: If this would be in the game, there would be a barber shop place you can go to in the tower. Also we also want to rotate our guardian while creating them so we can actually see what they look like. Once again this is based on your guys comments and support!
Edit: More ideas bases on your guys feedback. It would be cool if we have more customization for Destiny. Not enough customization, so it would be nice in new hairstyles, marking, and of course facial hair (beards).
Edit: Halfway there! I also see though that the this trend is dying so please keep this trend going so Bungie will hear you guys voice!

+1 support

Somewhat related but they desperately need to add in more shaders to the Outfitter.
-
Hell yaaaaaa
-
If you could combine ALL of the threads suggesting the same thing you would have WELL OVER A THOUSAND... LOL I'd kinda like to know who green lighted some of these ridiculous hairstyles in the first place... The only good choice for a male character is the bald buzz cut. If the developers were actually sporting some of these haircuts in real life I'd say, "my bad", and give it a pass.
-
I wanted a human with a beard... that's all I wanted. Now I have a robot with no eyes. I'd like waaaaay more options with shaders seeing as I have one and a half that I like, there doesn't appear to be many anyway let us choose two colours at the very least. Vehicle customisation...
-
Too true! I made a character with a face like a stuntman's knee so naturally deleted it and tried again...After the 4hr unskippable intro/film I was ready to show my new mug to the world...until I reached the tower and saw I looked like a slapped arse -.- so yeah more customisation would be sexy <3

I'm so confused, do you people not put effort into character creation? I mean, they have your character's face right -blam!-ing there while you make it. How do you not realize what it will look like? And to everyone mentioning their high levels: your high levels are in the gear. The grind to twenty really isn't that bad; just do it and re-equip. You have a vault for a reason, use it.

Also, why is it that the space Anglo awoken can have naturally curly Afro hair, but my dark skinned human can't?
-
Should make it so that hair grows, Scars are accumulated, and we have the choice to cut facial hair, or heal scars, or let them be as indicated by our play style, and time.
-
Did Bungie even made a comment regarding this great ideas from you guys? Or they just keep ignoring the community that build up the hype for thier game and they just let us go?
-
In my excitement to play, I made a terrible looking character. Now I'm stuck with his ugly mug for life? I would love a chance to redo for glimmer or whatever. Oh, and beards please.
-
A barber type vendor, beard options, and more hairstyles should be added into the game, I see absolutely no reason for why it has been left out.
-
-
I see no reason for this not to be implemented
-
I would definitely also like to see this implemented into the game!
-
Would be cool, but who gives af, really? You hardly Ever see your characters face anyway
-
I already commented once but I don't want to see this thread die.
-
Fear my beard!
-
I would love to see this implemented into the game.
-
Already commented but +1

this isnt super important seeing as you only really see your character in the tower, but yea it would be cool

This is a great idea especially to make it your story. Also more hairstyles please, it's so difficult to make an African American character lol

Definitely give us a way to change after creation. People change their looks in real life all of the time, why not give us an in-game option. I would also like to see some body customization.. I know this would involve changing the way that the armor fits but having a couple of body choices would be nice. New hair, facial hair , new markings, new faces all of the customization options could be expanded and it would be awesome! And SHIP CUSTOMIZATION!! Being able to put custom components on your jumpship so that it can have a more custom look! New colors, display your emblem on the ship, custom boosters or wings. More options = More Replayability!
