I also did not receive anything...initially, but I was really looking forward to my Pathfinder emblem so i did some bouncing around and realized that while I have changed the XBL name on this account several times, I also changed my email, exactly once. Changed it back to the email that was originally linked to my name and after logging out of Destiny and restarting, BAM! there it was. I am eligible for a couple others, I figure they will pop up with time or restarting. For now, I am happy I got my Pathfinder and am not to concerned about the others. TL:DR - Trying changing your b.net email to any previously used ones.
