So Saturday I got a text from gamestop saying "Your Destiny avail 12:01AM Tue. Arrive 10 pm mon to finalize payment..." I called today to find out what this means since I had completely paid off the pre-order and expansion pass already in cash. The nice rep said that what they are doing is between 6-10pm tonight people can come into the store, finalize or verify payment and get a finalized receipt with a sticker showing you are there only to pick up a copy, not pay, upgrade, or add on anything. This group will be in a separate line from the "still need to pay or other Schmitt" line and will solely be showing the finalized receipts and being thrown what they ordered. She said this allows people who are fully paid to go home, eat, do something else rather than just stand in line all evening. Kind of sweet, though I know some of you think this is unfair. Thoughts?
