First and foremost, this is not a complaint; this is an idea.
I remember the good ol' days of exploring the waterfalls and wrecked aircraft of the Cosmodrome, admiring the landscape and whatnot, and whilst reading a suggestion about adding more life to the landscape, I had a brainwave:
What if instead of adding another planet (or moon) to explore, why don't we just focus on the beautiful Earth we are trying to liberate? The darkness is not trying to solely conquer the Cosmodrome, it's trying to take over everything.
What I think would be really interesting is to explore a ruined city from the Golden Age, or maybe even before. Imagine zooming through cracked asphalt and concrete, plant life creeping through the gaps and climbing buildings, dodging rusted cars, scrambling over chunks of rubble, climbing the stairs of a long-abandoned building to find a sniping spot to pick off the huge amount of enemies which have encamped within the ruins.
But then again, it's just an idea.

I'd like to visit old Moscow.
