Important Scientific Discovery
Everyone, I have just discovered a groundbreaking scientific effect that defies current understandings of physics.
It seems that when a game carrying enough emotional gravity is near release date, it actually bends the fabric of time itself. This time dilation field is surrounded by energy pathways I have dubbed "hype-strains". These hype-strains can appear spontaneous, and appear with increasing frequency as the release day nears. When these hype-strains make contact with the neural pathways of the brain, they further increase the dilation effect. According to the readings I've taken, we are dangerously close to an event horizon, beyond which the hype-strains will feed off of each other, creating an runaway dilation effect that will stop time completely. Unable to reach release day, there will be nothing capable of stopping the dilation field, time will be frozen for eternity.

3 RepliesSolemn news friends, the effect is progressing along at predicted escalation levels. Be currents estimations the effect with reach time lock a mere four hours before release. Go to your friends and loved ones, spend your final hours well. I will remain here, with my work. I must try to find a way to counter the dilation field, we must reach release day. Or all will be lost. I will keep you informed of the fields progression, although at this point you can no doubt see the effects for yourself.
