There is a certain enthusiasm voiced in this that I find entertaining, but take it with a grain of salt...the real world is not Destiny. That said the author put a lot of effort into it and more than a little of this may be applicable to enhancing your team's communication. Have fun!

A lot on movement techniques; I think they might be a little hard to follow in Destiny. Of course, I shouldn't talk, my unit in didn't follow doctrine much in Iraq when we were there, lol. More useful, I think, would be the concepts of "bounding overwatch" and "battle drill 1A". Bounding overwatch is a movement technique where you split your group in two (or more) elements. One group moves forward while the other element(s) are in position, prepared to engage any targets that may appear. A good application in Destiny would be where a sniper and another heavy weapon person are in a good position while a bunch of rifle-toting guys move forward. When the rifle toting guys are in a good position, they pull out the big guns while the other element then moves up. "Battle Drill 1A" is a concept where again you have two elements, one in front of the other. When the lead element gets engaged, it establishes hasty fighting positions and lays suppressing fire. The second element makes a large sweeping maneuver to one side to flank the enemy force and kill them all. In all seriousness, though, I'm not sure how effective these techniques will be since the enemies in the alpha and beta didn't quite act like humans do when under fire...
