If every single gang and drug cartel in the Americas combined forces could they take down ISIS?

7 RepliesAre you asking if they could or if they will? Given the equipment that isis has i dont think a groups of drug cartels and gangs could beat them unless they become amazing at guerrilla warfare like the Vietnamese. But I dont think they would try any way.
