I'm going to say that Doomguy wins, WHY well hears why, Doomguy is a god, he fought an entire army's of hell all by himself, fought many tough demos like the Cyberdemon, can take any bullets that comes at him, resisted to plasma, and of course THE BFG 9000, even If he gets killed, he will come back because doomguy escaped hell before and can do it again. Master Chief IMO Is no were near close to Doomguy, John Is strong, smart, has a rechargeable energy shield, and fast yes but he's not a god, he didn't save the world, humanity did, john destroyed the ark with help, yes he needs help, he didn't face an entire covenant army all by himself.
