What do you mean? I've got it and it plays fine.
Of course, I'm also playing with a wired Xbox 360 controller, and I didn't have TOO much trouble with the Games For Windows Live BS...

For me my view just spins around and I am getting some weird screen glitches where it looks like the screen is just tearing a part.

O.O Wow... that... sucks! Have you tried tinkering with the video settings or resolution? Are you running any mods? Off the top of my head, it might be an issue with your graphics card drivers or something like that, but I know I haven't experienced any problems like that.

Yeah, I did try and find some mods that might fix it but had no luck. It's pretty strange xD
