1. We go to Antarctica with giant cargo ships and heavy helicopters(Pave Lows, Chinooks, Ospreys etc.) 2. We take giant pieces of ice and bring them to California 3. We drop off the ice in lakes/rivers affected by the drought 4. The ice melts, making more water for us. Temporarily stops the drought until it starts to rain in the fall/winter. There you go! That's what we gotta do in order to fix this.
