its an in game item marked as legendary. so that leads me to the conclusion that you can get in game through regular gameplay. even if it is an exclusive, it will only be so for a year. just like the red sparrow. so for me its not worth the $5. but like i said it's your money. (oh and you're right, those shaders are pretty sweet).
