How to get the shader even if you don't want advanced warfare:
1. Preorder on amazon.com
2. Receive shader code in email
3. Use code on Bungie.net
4. Cancel preorder from amazon
(This wont cost you any money because Amazon doesnt charge for pre orders until they are shipped out)
